first_imgThe agency formerly known as Ward & Partners – part of the Arun Estates Group and Kent’s largest independent agent – has a comprehensive new rebrand.Gone are the words “And Partners.” Instead, the company will now be known simply as “Wards”.Group Managing Director David Lench unveiled the new branding – the culmination of 12 months’ work with market researchers, brand consultants and graphic designers.The fascias and interiors of all 42 Wards offices are being transformed, with décor and furnishings designed to create an atmosphere of comfort and understated quality. New boards feature four striking designs, representing aspects of Kent life: Oast houses, The White Cliffs, an estuary scene and a typical village/townscape vendors – and landlords may choose their favourite design.Differentation is the key to building market share. We are positioning ourselves as a premium agent, delivering superior service levels.David Lench said, “Wards operates in a very congested area of the market, differentiation is the key to building market share. Last year, we announced our determination to achieve that differentiation by clearly positioning ourselves as a premium agent, delivering superior service in return for enhanced fee levels.
