first_imgDONEGAL County Council is set to come to the rescue of homeowners across the county who have been left in limbo by bust developers.Fianna Fail Cllr Patrick Mc Gowan gave a cautious welcome to the County Council’s new Policy on taking charge of services in Housing Estates.The Council will consider on a case by case basis upon the request of a developer or in the case of a majority of Residents where the developer is no longer in Existence.
